PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED to register for classes
You can register a couple of ways:
(1) We accept checks sent to Plane Cents, 8775 Airport Road, Waconia, MN 55387, as long as they get to us two days before the class.
(2) Online with a credit card (preferred) by clicking here, which will take you to our safe, secure, shopping cart.
NOTE: Due to the increased cost of credit card processing fees, a $3.50 processing fee will be added to each class purchase. A $6.50 processing fee will be added to the 4-pack purchase. These fees will appear as a shipping charge in your shopping cart.
Make sure you include the full legal name (first, middle, and last) of all persons you are registering, the class date you are registering for, as well as a valid email address and phone number so we can get a hold of you if we need to.
Why do we require prepayment?
We do everything we can to keep keep costs down and pass those savings on to our students. It has been our experience that persons who have not paid in advance are much more likely to not show up. We print up diplomas, arrange to have food, and bring along product based on anticipated attendance for each class. We understand things come up. Once you pay, you may come to another class date if circumstances prevent you from attending the class you registered for. We appreciate as much advance notice as possible if you need to reschedule.
4 Packs
4 packs are just that 4 packs, we pass the savings from credit card fees as well as a bonus for getting four together at a time. All four need to be signed up as a group with one transaction. We do not have six pack or seven packs. If you have eight, then do two four packs on one transaction. This is already too good of a deal to trim it any more.
Important Class Information you need to know
- Saturday classes begin at 9:00 a.m. and
are usually held at Shady Lane Sportsmen's Club in Glencoe. You
will be notified by email if class was moved to Waconia
due to class size. Check our class
schedule page the night before class to verify the
location. It is where we usually shoot anyway, so there
is no extra driving involved. Please print the map from
the
Directions page -- Mapquest, Google and GPS don't work well, so be
sure to have my map with you. The Glencoe Lodge is
a great setting for a class! Surrounded by moose and
deer mounts as well as an Eagle mount.
- Shooting qualification will be up to 30 shots (15 @
15 feet and 15 @ 21 feet) at a body size target. Bring
new Factory ammo, NO Reloads! You
may be thinking, I make good ammo, but are you sure
about the guy next you and his skills as a reloader?
- NO Loaded firearms or live ammunition are allowed in
the classroom! Keep your firearms stored until the range
portion of the course. Know the FOUR fundamental rules
for gun safety prior to attending this class:
- KEEP the firearm pointed in safe direction;
- KEEP your finger off the trigger until told to fire;
- KEEP your firearm unloaded until you are ready to use it;
- KNOW your target
and what's beyond.
- Bring eye and ear protction (Wall-Mart has foam plugs and clear glasses real cheap) its good to have your own for health reasons.
Range Fees:
For classes that use Burnsville Pistol Range for the range qualification portion, there is about a $14.00 range fee paid directly to the range. To be clear the class is not held at the BPR we just use the range to shoot, then go where the class is held.
When classes are held at Waconia we may use either Burnsville Pistol Range, Shady Lane, or Goose Lake Auto Parts for the qualification.
A range fee of $10 may be collected for Shady Lane and Goose Lake Auto Parts to help cover insurance.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds. That being said, If you are unable to make it to the class you are registered for, we would appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible. You can join another class, just let us know about your change in class date.
